Automated Precision Cleaning Solution for Automotive Manufacturing

Fedjetting fully enclosed high pressure water jet cleaning machine targets automotive NEV workshops. Running at 350bar/21L/min with servo CNC control, it uses chemical-free high-pressure water to clean jigs, molds and carriers by removing grease and metal debris without surface damage.

How it Works?

Multi-axis servo structure drives spray nozzles to move along preset paths. High-pressure concentrated water jet strikes workpiece surfaces and hidden gaps to strip dirt and residual contaminants. Closed internal circulation filters wastewater for repeated use, finishing full automatic cleaning inside sealed cabin.
