UHP Pure Water Jet Deburring Operating Principle

High-pressure intensifier pump pressurizes clean process water to 1000 bar; customized precision nozzles convert hydraulic pressure into high-speed kinetic water jets. CNC servo axes dynamically adjust nozzle position and jet angle to target burr formation spots. High-velocity water impact peels off casting burrs and flushes out hidden chips inside intricate inner channels in one working cycle. As a fully cold mechanical process, it generates zero heat-affected zone and never damages thin-wall aluminum substrates widely used on new energy vehicle parts. Built-in compressed-air drying completes full cleaning inside the sealed machine cabin.

FANUC 6-Axis IP67 Robotic Automated Feeding Option

This deburring machine supports seamless integration of standard FANUC M-710iC series six-axis industrial robot, tailored for the machine’s humid high-pressure working environment with IP67 wrist waterproof rating. Featuring ±0.02~±0.03 mm repeat positioning accuracy and optional iRVision visual positioning system, the FANUC robot automatically picks, locates and transfers motor housings, inverter shells and battery structural castings into the sealed cleaning chamber. Real-time PLC signal interlock realizes synchronous coordination between robot feeding and machine deburring procedures, enabling unattended continuous batch production and cutting manual feeding errors and labor cost for NEV component mass production.
